Dr. Barry K. Logan, Director of Toxicological Services at NMS Labs and a leading authority on alcohol and drug impaired driving, has recently published the Journal of Analytical Toxicology and the Journal of Forensic Sciences. Five Deaths Resulting form Abuse of Dextromethorphan Sold Over the Internet; Toluene-Impaired Drivers: Behavioral Observations, Impairment Assessment, and Toxicological Findings; and A Multi-Drug Intoxication Fatality Involving Xyrem(r) (GHB) is in the March '09 edition of the journals.
